How To Use

Tilt candle to light + ensure entire length of crackling wood wick is lit.

When lighting for the first time, allow candle to burn for 2-3 hours, or until the melted wax pool has reached the edges of the container to prevent tunneling.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns must be started within 30 days of the original purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where exchanges are granted. This includes an item not in its original condition, one that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
