At Pantry Products, we take pride in creating small-batch, thoughtfully made goods for daily wellness. Because many of our items are personal care products, we have specific guidelines in place to ensure safety, quality, and fairness for all customers.
Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Final Sale Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

We are unable to accept returns on these items once they have been shipped.

Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be true:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

The item must be in its original packaging

The return request must be started within 14 days of the original purchase date
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Exchanges & Exceptions
In certain situations, exchanges may be considered, including:

Items that are not in original condition for reasons not due to our error
All exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including the return shipping label.
Approval of Returns
The Pantry Products team reserves the right to approve or decline any refund or exchange request. That said, our goal is always to work with you and do our best to ensure a positive experience.
