How do I subscribe to a product?
It’s easy! Just visit the product page, select “Subscribe & Save” as your purchase option, choose your delivery frequency, and add it to your cart. That’s it—you’re subscribed!
What products are eligible for Subscribe & Save?
Most of our bestsellers are available for subscription—including Magnesium Butter, Natural Deodorant, Face Fix Toner, and more. Look for the “Subscribe & Save” option on the product page.
What is Subscribe & Save?
Subscribe & Save lets you receive Pantry favorites automatically at your preferred frequency—while saving 20%. You commit to 3 billing cycles, and after that, you’re free to cancel, skip, or pause as needed.
Can I change how often I receive my products?
Yes! You can adjust your delivery frequency anytime depending on your needs. You’ll get a reminder email before each order ships.
Can I skip a shipment?
Definitely. You can skip a delivery from your account dashboard with just one click. Skipping does not count towards your 3 billing cycles.
How long am I committing to?
Each subscription has a minimum of 3 billing cycles, which you choose to receive every 1, 2, or 3 months. After those 3 cycles are completed, you’ll have full control to cancel, skip, or modify your plan.
Why do I need to commit to 3 billing cycles?
Because each product is made in small batches, committing to 3 cycles helps us plan more sustainably—and rewards your loyalty with 20% off each order. It reduces waste and supports our handmade process.
Can I cancel before the 3 billing cycles are up?
To receive the 20% discount, we require completion of 3 billing cycles. If you cancel before that, the discount is forfeited and you will be charged the full price retroactively. After 3 cycles, cancel anytime with no penalties.
Will I get reminders?
Yes! You'll receive a notification before each order processes. You’ll never be surprised—we want you to feel confident and in control.
What if a product goes out of stock?
As a subscriber, you’ll get priority access to restocks when possible. We’ll always keep you in the loop and never charge you unless your order is confirmed.
