Skullcap - Nerve tonic and sedative, a remedy for anxiety, nervous exhaustion and headache. 

Oatstraw - Nourishing, rich in minerals and trace nutrients which help soothe and strengthen nerves. Oatstraw is considered one of the best remedies for “feeding” and restoring the nervous system, particularly in times of stress or exhaustion associated with depression, overwork, addiction or emotional trauma. An infusion helps mellow the mood, ease anxiety, combat the effects of daily stress, and resolve sleeplessness. May help curb nicotine cravings.

Mugwort - Traditionally used to calm and soothe anxiety. It is often associated with sleep; however, it is mostly known for its effects on dreams. Artemisia, the Latin botanical name of mugwort, comes from the name of the Greek moon goddess, Artemis. The moon, as a guiding light of the night, hints at mugwort’s abilities to enhance dreams. In folklore, it is said that mugwort helps us remember and increase awareness in our dream state. It is believed to initiate clarity of the dream experience and bring awareness to the dream’s purpose in waking life. *Mugwort’s effects are very subtle, and may not be noticeable, as they are working more on a subconscious level.
