Ingredients:
- 1 cup **ground rice (finely blended for gentle exfoliation)
- 1 cup powdered milk (goat’s milk or coconut milk for extra hydration)
- ½ cup dried rose petals (or fresh if available)
- ¼ cup Epsom salt (optional, for muscle relaxation)
- 1 tablespoon baking soda (softens skin and soothes irritation)
- 10 drops rose essential oil (for skin hydration and a calming aroma)
- 5 drops sandalwood or vanilla essential oil (for a warm, luxurious scent)
- 1 tablespoon carrier oil (almond, coconut, olive, or jojoba oil for extra moisture)

Instructions:
1. Grind the Rice: Blend uncooked rice into a fine powder using a coffee grinder or food processor.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground rice, powdered milk, Epsom salt, baking soda, and dried rose petals.
3. Add Essential Oils: In a small bowl, mix essential oils with the carrier oil, then add to the dry ingredients. Stir well to evenly distribute.
